Every experience I've had with Frontier clearly shows me they are going above and beyond to keep the former Midwest customers happy.

My niece recently experienced a four hour mx delay, all passengers were given a $100.00 voucher.

A four hour delay with Midwest normally resulted in a $50.00 voucher.
