If you can change without an enormous fee, I would reroute through DTW or MSP instead of ATL; they're also newer and more pleasant airports, especially DTW. If BE service is really important to you, fly through JFK but allow lots and lots of time and remember that changing between T2/3 and T4 means going outside in the weather briefly as the SkyTrain station isn't connected to T2/3.
