I will second the posters who have raised concerns about travel to Brisbane at the moment.


The Premier, Anna Bligh, was on the news this morning saying that the effects of the flooding have left the city in a similar position to the after effects of a warzone.


Although the airport is still open, even if you are able to travel there (and the hotels in the CBD dont have power and the CBD is apparently a ghost town), I doubt people will be very interested in what you have to say unless you are an insurance assessor or a tradie.
