Is it annoying to have the crew rest area in front of you? Also, I don't really want the bulkhead despite the extra legroom as I like to be able to store stuff at my feet.

Delta is in the process of installing Y+ (Premium Economy) type seating with more legroom on its international aircraft by removing one row of Coach. The current 763ERs have the Y cabin starting with row 15 (only seats 15F,G) with the first full row starting at row 16 (which is what Seatguru currently shows).
However, with the Y+ installation, one row has been removed, hence many of the 763ER seat maps starting sometime around the 2nd week of February have the Y cabin starting with 16F,G, and the first full row at Row 17.
I don't believe all of the 763ERs will be done by then but quite a few will be, so they probably figured it was safer to block out 15F,G, and 16A,B,C,D,E in case your flight gets one of the modified 767s.
