I disagree. You're better off in DTW or MSP. Every time I've gone through ATL, winter or summer, I've gotten delayed. DTW/MSP know how to handle snow. It takes a LOT to shut them down. ATL is a different story. If Ted Turner breaks wind, it shuts down.
