Do you really need to travel to BNE? Unless you happen to be in the insurance underwriting field I'm not sure how good business will be...

On a more practical note, sleep if possible on the plane and don't overdo the alcohol. When you arrive if you feel tired maybe have an hours sleep but no more and then hold out until the early evening (by which time you should feel shattered) before getting a good ten hours or so.

Hopefully this shocks your body into acceptance of local time.
