Make it an email to customer service instead. It's not a support issue, it's them as usual shafting segment qualifiers a bit. Last year, people in our position got rollover from the previous threshold. This year, they decided not to do that, even though there's really no clear explanation of how rollover miles would work for segment qualifiers on their site.
