MOSburger to me isn't about an American style burger but rather a Japanese interpretation of a burger. Puka Dog and Japa Dog are similar concepts but I don't think that they do as good a job as MOSburger with the interpretation.

Then again, I am not the best judge of altered fast food as I was a long time fan and still mourn the loss of the original Wienerwald chain. On the subject of fast food, my mother votes for Nordsee, a German fish chain.
