Downloaded the app earlier today and have been unable to get TripIt Pro activated. Tried calling the Amex Plat support line and got a message saying > 10 minutes so I'll try back tomorrow.
I've tried associating/disassociated/logging out/in in various combinations with no luck.
After almost 2 hours of talking to Amex, it turns out that corporate platinum cards are not eligible. Didn't realize that, and not sure I buy it, but that's what I've been told.
