Is this still a problem for people?
I made a reservation by phone, for which I could fully view the details on the web site. Now, I can still view the reservation on the list of reservations, but when I click on VIEW DETAILS, I get:
We're sorry, but a temporary error has occurred. Please try your request again. If you need assistance, please call 888-625-5144 in the U.S. or Canada, or contact one of our Worldwide Reservations Offices.
Is this because someone at the hotel accessed my reservation? It sounds like before, if someone at the hotel accessed your reservation, then it wouldn't even show up to begin with. I can see the reservation, but not the details...
