Dear Lurker,
I would like to suggest an enhancment to the SPG members' area on the website.
It would be very convenient if members can view all their starwood reservations (made directly with hotel, starwood 800# or online) in one single screen. Once I log on my Starwood account, I expect to have access to all Starwood relevant information being membership status and milage account or my existing reservations.
I think there is a room to improve the functionality of your website and make it more user-friendly.
