USAFAN, this is a common occurrence. Someone at the hotel has probably accessed your reservation. Once this happens, it cannot be retrieved online.

It also happens for guests who book Hot Rates since they are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable, but I'm not sure if there would be a number offered if this was the case.

Just call the toll-free number if you wish to make any modifications.
