It's a very long trip from KUL to central KL. It must be one of the most remote major airports in the world.

Looking at my folio from my stay at this property back in the Spring, they charged 170 MYR for a hotel Mercedes one-way from the airport to the hotel. On the return I booked a special airport taxi instead through the concierge (they're these funky-looking bubble shaped microvan type things wrapped in some kind of colorful advertising that I forget). The taxi was only 70 MYR. Not sure if you can book one of the special taxis outbound from the airport. Probably -- I can't imagine any cabbie would tolerate a one-way trip to someplace that remote.
