I'm looking at an itinerary from ORK/LHR/ORK for my sister in mid-April (15th-18th, in case it matters). The EI website is giving taxes of €34.73 outbound and €68.34 return, which dwarf the fare of €4.99 — and make it essentially a refundable ticket less admin fee — but this seems really high, as I've seen €24.99/€34.99 most of the time recently. I know APD goes up in April in the UK, but it goes down in March in Ireland. Does anyone have any way of seeing a breakdown of this?
