thank you for your reply. Upgrade to the Suites on A388 is almost impossible (I do know one person who got one SIN/ZRH, although apparently it was an error which SQ "decided" to honor although they did cancel the return and put him back in C). Upgrade to C on both 77W and A388 is possible although limited availability of course. Best use of evouchers in particular is to book the 744 FRA/SIN in D class (I don't think Z class is available on this flight or at least I have never even seen it as an option) and the upgrade to F with two evouchers- actually quite easy to do.
