A lot of my friends and relatives have been having difficulty buying tickets online for Garuda flights, though suprisingly, I have gotten nearly 90% of my flights for Garuda online this year.
I think the problem lies with the credit card information (only certain credit cards are accepted) and the need for users to register an account with them before purchasing tickets online. That's not to say more can be done in improving their online services
