Despite having checked in online with coach seats several times since this program was lunched, I have NEVER ONCE seen one of these coupons. The inconsistency vs. what's promised by DL is what fuels constant customer discontent. DL's own systems should know that something is malfunctioning. You should not have to wait for customers to complain.
