I recently flew on one of the new 737-800's return to Singapore as well. It had been a while since I had flown a full service airline, and I was very impressed with the soft product as well.

I would say that the GA short haul product sounds much better than many of the more prestigious carriers these days.

That's not to say there aren't bugs still. I tried to buy domestic tickets on their website a couple of days ago and the site just doesn't work. An email telling them so has also gone unanswered.

They have most definitely^ made progress though.
