Not even close. China has largest number of accredited diplomats in the U.S. with 183. The UK, Japan, Canada, Russia, and Germany (in that order) all have more accredited diplomats than Saudi Arabia, which has just 103 - you're off by a factor of 50. There probably aren't 5,000 diplomats total in the entire U.S. diplomatic corps.
