Give us the salient information. For example, I had a V ticket which said "This ticket is refundable" but obviously there's a cancellation fee.
Say:
- This ticket is fully refundable and changes can be made free of charge
- This ticket is refundable for a fee; changes can be made for a fee
- This ticket is non-refundable but changes can be made for a fee
- This ticket is non-refundable and no changes can be made
etc. etc.
