This stay in atlantic city was not one of the best say about a 9 from 1 to 10 here are my coment tell me what you think

1 room was pre key right yes it was
2. check in lane for starwood guest with card there was a long line women had the nerve to send me over other line even thoe i showed her the gold elite card
3. room prefered well i had room 600 and it was very nice room but i think the starwood prefferd guest room was on the 14 floor
4. late check out 4:00 pm got it
5. no newspaper beacuse of the holiday
but i want to know why i didn;t get the room called starwood prefered guest when you get of the elvator that is what the sign says
