Interesting. When were you last there? For us, our visit last summer was the first in maybe 20 years, and we were all pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food - some of it actually quite delicious. The minimum of $35 pp wasn't really that bad considering the elevator ride alone is worth $16. The wine list was pretty steep, so we didn't have any, but it didn't lower the experience. YMMV of course.
