simply pointing it out. My original point stands, if one is a top tier and forgets the direct line, simply call the 'normal' phone and ask for the correct dept & take down the correct phone for your future use.

On a side note, I thought it was FT policy not to post 'elite' phone numbers, I'm not sure if this is an official rule.
