For whatever reason, she can't change it online either.
Hang on… check that… Just checked her itinerary and it appears she was auto-rebooked. (she does not know this yet as she is working). Problem is that they kept her same return date (FLL-PIT) but changed her outbound (FLL-PIT). So, instead of 4 days together, we’ve got only 1.5 days.
I’m a UA honk, so I don’t know how FL is with these things. If she gets through via phone, will they likely accommodate her request to extend her return date or outright change her itinerary to next week?
