Unhappy Anybody else having ongoing contact (either phone or email) issues?

Something happened the last few months and I've been unable to correct the situation. I used to always get email receipts at time of ticket purchase, and either email and/or phone notifications of flight changes/cancellations. However the last few months this has been shut off. I even had a flight cancellation for a flight today that I was not notified about. Luckily I had manually checked on it with the weather situation.

Nothing changed with my email address, nor the phone number they have on file. I've updated my profile with the same information just to see if it would fix the problem. I also verified with phone support that they show my address correctly. Still, nothing seems to work.

I opened up a complaint email to resolve it and got a "We're sorry, here's some miles as a result" with no mention of actually addressing the problem.

Anybody else having similar problems?
