Maybe this is O/T but an update on the Topas Titanium that I ordered from koffer-direkt...
Turns out that DHL *lost* the luggage on its way to the US. I called koffer-direkt to find out what happened with the luggage, and even though their website is only in German, turns out that the woman who answered spoke impeccable English and was incredibly polite and helpful on the phone. She apologized profusely for the delay and told me that she has already put in an order for another Topas, and that koffer-direkt will sort out all the shipping problems for the original bag on their own time.
