Really? It was web support that told me the first time I called to ticket my wife and me using an ecert that I needed two before they could ticket the two of us. However, I pressed the agent abit, and my wife and I were eventually ticketed using only one.

The next time I called web support to ticket us, I was ready with two ecerts, but was floored when the agent said they needed to be the of the same amount. Again I pressed abit, and finally was able to use a $200 and a $150.
