Not for www.hilton.com but there are cashback sites in the UK for booking via www.hilton.co.uk. For example, Quidco pays 6% cashback on Hilton (8% this month). You can also book via some airline shopping portals and get miles. bmi Diamond Club members currently get 4 miles/£ and its been as high as 8 miles/£ during promos. Neither avenue has any impact on HHonors earnings.

There are restrictions (listed on the applicable websites) like must be prepaid, booked no longer than three months in advance etc. Getting credit for any bookings outside said rules is YMMV.
