Actually, that conversion rate would be an appreciation, not a devaluation. The RR 2.0 FAQ says that you will need 110k points in the future for CP qualification, as opposed to 100 credits today.
current SPG to SW: 150k Starwood (after 25% bonus) = 100 credits = Comp Pass
your guess for RR 2.0: 110k Starwood = 110k Southwest points = Comp Pass

In fact, in post #700 of the original Rapid Rewards 2.0 thread, I just listed my reasons for why this benefit will be curtailed/eliminated...
