No, as SW assigns the rooms not PL. PL cannot rate rooms, but from what other people wrote about this hotel (and the westin room type description) this room type assigned to those people is not a room designed for 2 people and that is what PL buys from the hotel "a room which confortably accomodates up to 2 adults".
Those people also said, that they were offered an upgrade to a "real room" for $30 per night.
