It will do you no good to put your Alaska number on your Hawaiian itinerary, they are no longer partners. It might help for you to look at the partner page on each of the web sites to see who you can earn miles with. Here's the link to the AS partner page, Delta and Hawaiian each have similar pages on their web sites.

If you have miles in programs already (80K Hawaiian and 25K Delta), they will remain where they are. By the way, you can purchase flights using another airline's credit card. Your Alaska credit card is just as good on Delta as a Delta credit card. Credit is credit as far as the airlines are concerned. Some airlines, like Alaska, give you a small bonus for purchasing flights if you use their credit card.
