I just got off the phone with Marriott.....and I did not care for the explanation I received so I thought I would check in with this Forum.
Essentially, I was told that 2009 nights don't roll into 2011. However, I never received an explanation (although she tried) as to why they would not "use" those nights first to re-up Platinum and roll the 2010 extra into 2011.
I told her that I felt like I was loosing night and she gave the same explanation, which did not make sense.
Is there someone you can recommend I call? I normally dont mess with things like this, so not sure why I am now.....call it impatient, but I would rather just give another company a chance. Maybe they will explain, make it right, or I will never hear from them again.
