Shockingly enough , I'm going to have to agree with LDSant here. GO check the Paris forum. People here aren't going to be able to make a nice Starwood with a $200 a night or under rate appear in the Latin Quarter for you. Sorry. Not going to happen. People have given you lots of suggestions.
