My $.02 contribution.
Enroll to Air France Frequence Plus.
You then have 2 options:
- transfer 130,000 points -> 160,000 miles and get a NYC-Paris return on Concorde (your airport to/from NYC in F class)
- transfer 100,000 points -> 120,000 miles and wait for the next (summer?) promotion, two tickets USA -> France in First class....
