Tripadvisor miles seem to come to a screeching halt.

My miles in October and November posted within 24 hrs of acceptance of my reviews. But I still haven't received miles for December: 3 reviews posted on 15th and another 3 on 18th, so it's 1000 miles I missing.

I am not sure how to make a missing miles claim in this case.
