I had 26 rollover + 80 nights this year for 106 total. This morning shows me as Plat with only 5 nights rolled over. Can't figure out the math on that one. I guess I'll call but not today - they must be getting swamped by angry members!

I will definitely call today again when I have a chance. Yesterday when I called the customer service office was closed and a reservation agent told me that he didn't think they were offering rollover nights.
We all need to call or email the platinum CS to make our voices heard. (I did email but I haven't received any responses) Whatever they did is unacceptable.
