Your numbers are right in line with what everyone else has cited. Rollover nights didn't rollover. You had 106, which should have rolled over 31, but as 26 of yours were previously rolled over, you're seeing only 5. I don't think there's any doubt as to what the problem is - we just need to wait for it to be fixed. Anyone "angry" who is pestering Marriott the day after a major batch run should learn the virtues of patience. There's no reason to believe something evil is going on; there's every reason to assume that there are just some complexities to deal with. Just sit tight - give them a reasonable amount of time to sort it all out - and things will be fine.
