What still is mysterious to me, even assuming an IT mistake, is that CSRs seems to be well educated in communicating that roll-over nights don't roll over. As per the examples given in e-mails sent to them.
So while I can by Marriott realizing that, perhaps they messed up on the concept of the program, I wonder if "IT Mistake" , if used, would just be a cover.
