On two different stays at different hyatt hotels my TV wasn't working. Both times I reported it each day of my several day stay and it wasn't fixed.
I think i got 5k points on one stay and 4k points on the other.
These things happen, but I was more annoyed with how they handled it each time, they claimed they sent someone up and it was working fine...I had to take a video with my phone of the problem before they did anything.
