I booked a flight on Saturday with miles and did not get the e-ticket confirmation email until this morning. I, too, could view MMB and saw the flights as 'confirmed' so there may be delays for some reason at the moment.

However, I did not get any errors about not having an e-ticket when clicking around... although I didn't particularly click around that much.
