It seems to be hit or miss to me. I had two recent stays at the Four Points Myrtle Beach and each time that I asked about the platinum amenity they looked at me like I was speaking Greek! I also had a recent stay at Sheraton Orlando North where I filled out the card for the points, but they didn't post. So, three of my last four stays I've gotten no platinum bonus.

But I still thing SPG is the best program going. I just wish the some of the properties would get a clue about the program.
