The Sas flight arrives in LHR 11:05 and my UAL flight departs at 13:05.
IMHO, your luggage should be checked through, but it is not an entitlement. Make sure you give them your onward PNR when checking at SVG.

Two hours at LHR and on two PNRs are bit tight, IMHO. MCT for your flights is 90 mins, so you are legal, but you do not have any protection should there be a delay... It also depends on class you will be in, but you need to realise that there are extra security checks on USA bound flights. Others might think differently, but I personally would probably opt for longer connection.
