I've rec'd base points and stay credits and any other normal point bonus I would have rec'd had I stayed there but been walked usually with an additonal coupon to boot.

TrojanHorse, I have a hard time believing that Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) is responsible for this walk situation. SPG is only the frequent stay program, after all.
That being said, BL1KITW will receive Starpoints for the room revenue booked and stay credit as if it was a stay. Our participating hotels are NEVER supposed to walk elite members if it is avoidable.
