A couple of points:
- You may know Israel very well; others may not.
- Had they given you a big on airplanes, as you suggested earlier, someone would've just as easily complained, "stop concentrating on airplanes and start UPGRADING YOURS!" (Maybe not you, but someone else then.)
By handing out a book, they're hardly concentrating on making sure you know Israel at the cost of providing a better product. They simply gave a gift. Just like any other time they give a gift. You didn't want/like/need.. it. Too bad. Hopefully next time, the gift will be more to your liking. IMO, this has ZERO to do with their effort in providing a good premium product.
