Basically, $300 x 3 = $900 refund. Plane was empty (India to Israel). PAX entitled to 1 free flight change. Elal claimed ticket was T class and no seats available in T so had to upgrade them to U class at $300 each. Elal also forced to pay 1000NIS court costs.
Will have great impact, as it means that as long that there is an empty seat on the flight, they can't make you pay to upgrade to a higher booking class.

BTW, read those disgusting comments posted on the articel, it really bothers me the way Israeli's love to bash Elal.
