I stayed on the executive floor at Hilton Antwerp last week. The lounge offered scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cereal, fruit, cheese, breads, and pastries for breakfast. In the evening (6:30 - 10:00, I believe), there was complimentary beer, wine, liquor, and two or three hot hors d'oeuvres, plus an assortment of desserts.

For dinner, I recommend Brasserie Appelmans, which is just a two or three minute walk from the hotel.
