New user to KVS...so far awesome.
Changed an award ticket to a much better itin / carriers based on searching KVS.

Ran into a snag when looking for upgrade space for a new reservation. KVS shows NC>0 on the flights. Booked on UA.com, applied upgrade, but shows waitlisted.

I then checked UA.com and, sure enough, NC=0 for the flights on their website.

Checked KVS again, still shows NC>0 for the same flights.

EDIT: just for troubleshooting purposes, this occurred for both the outbound and return, so I don't think it is just a "fluke" from a certain days data.

Diamond KVS user. UA 1K, using ITA: Awards-Upgrades / X1.

Anyone have any pointers for me? Is there something I am doing wrong?
