I think they are far more clued-up than that.

I wouldn't mind betting that the ex-KBP PS flight delivers far more furs and bling per square metre to the LGW South baggage hall than any other - and possibly far more broken-into bags as well.

Whether that happens in KBP or LGW I have no idea, but colleagues on 2 of my 4 recent KBP-LGW flights have found their locked bags had been broken into and items stolen somewhere along the way, and neither of them had priority tags - orange coloured or otherwise.
