I cannot imagine that anyone knows for sure, but was wondering (1) whether my being diamond gets my online comments additional attention (when one fills in the form, it auto-enters a GP number and I imagine status is easily ascertained).

Equally, I am wondering whether this being my only comment after perhaps 80 stays matters? That is, do they identify serial complainers, as I would hope.
