I had had it with Microsoft. Switched to Apple. Found out that no company('s products) is without problems. It is one of life's little mysteries, isn't it?
At least with Apple customer service is top notch. I've had a lot of faulty products, but had a MBP screen replaced for free after warranty expired, an iPhone replaced after warranty expired though I made the complaint before, and a pair of earphones replaced, no questions asked. And this is just in 2010.
